James Gaiser

James Gaiser is an accomplished business leader, entrepreneur and systems specialist with over 25 years of experience in international business.  James has also owned and managed apartments or commercial property since 1993.

Prior to joining Strategic Holdings, Mr. Gaiser was a principle at Gaiser Tool Company where he was president of a manufacturing facility, (94,000 square-feet), in Ventura, California as well as a sales office in Tokyo, Japan.  Subsequent to that James was Vice President and general manager of Therm-x SVT in Vietnam, where he resurrected a manufacturing company.  James’ expertise is in establishing systems and managing for safety, quality, efficiency and growth.

Mr. Gaiser graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology.
