With this funding, Strategic Holdings will aim to generate steady returns through acquisition of individual or pools of performing, sub-performing or non-performing mortgage loans. As each acquisition opportunity is identified, the Strategic Holdings executive team will work to maximum returns. Some loans will be modified, some foreclosed on, and some may be sold to other entities. We may also acquire undervalued residential and commercial real estate, with a goal of re-positioning for sale or retention for cash flow and/or potential appreciation.
